Professional Accounting respects your privacy and handles your personal data with care, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We collect data that you actively provide through the contact form: company name, KVK number, contact person, email address, phone number, requested services, and your message.
We process your personal data based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our services).
Your data is used to: (1) contact you regarding your inquiry, (2) perform our services, and (3) comply with legal obligations including the Wwft (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Act).
Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 2 years after last contact. Financial and accounting records are retained for 7 years in accordance with legal retention obligations. Data is automatically deleted after the retention period.
We use the following processors: MongoDB Atlas (database storage, EU region), Render (hosting), and Exact Online (accounting integration). No data is sold to third parties. Appropriate safeguards are in place for any transfers outside the EU in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.
