These terms apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements between Professional Accounting B.V. and the client.
We provide our services with the care of a competent contractor, in accordance with applicable professional and conduct rules. Our services include accounting and bookkeeping, tax advisory, periodic VAT and income tax filings, financial reporting, and administrative and operational support tailored to entrepreneurs, retail and food-service businesses, and wholesalers.
Both parties are obligated to maintain confidentiality of all confidential information obtained in the context of the agreement. This obligation continues after termination of the agreement.
The liability of Professional Accounting B.V. is limited to the amount paid out by the professional liability insurance in the relevant case, plus the deductible.
Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. In case of late payment, the client is automatically in default.
Complaints about work performed must be reported in writing to Professional Accounting B.V. within 30 days of discovery.
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
